How to overcome obstacles that keep you from meditating

There are many reasons we might not do the things we know are best for us. At the time I was first exposed to meditation at 19 years old, I was completing my first academic degree. I was already studying the benefits of meditation. Meditation was very scientific and very medical. Meditation is good for your heart, stress levels, and overall health. It would be difficult to describe the entire thing in scientific and medical terms. Although I knew meditation was good for me, I didn't worry about keeping my blood pressure low. I was a 19-year-old student who didn't care about the "long-term effects." I enjoyed the benefits of meditation right from the beginning. However, what I didn’t realize was that I wasn’t regularly meditating because I didn’t have the time. Although I enjoyed meditation, I was too busy to make the time to do it regularly. I meditated only intermittently, not on a regular basis.

My life changed when I met people who have been practicing meditation for years. They shared with me the benefits of meditation for growth. Meditation was an excellent way to improve your emotional, spiritual and physical health. After realizing that meditation was more than a "medical/physical" idea, I decided to practice regularly. Since I was a youngster, I had been fascinated by "growth". I immediately bought a book about meditation and started to practice regularly. Because I believe that growing is the most important thing on this planet, I began to meditate twice daily. kubera mantra 648 times

Finding a reason to meditate is the best thing you can do for yourself. You will find other priorities before you can meditate if there is no real reason or drive to do so. You will find it difficult to find time for meditation if you make money, go out, socialize, work, or other activities a priority in your daily life. Meditation provides more than medical benefits. It can also increase your happiness and spiritual well-being.
